The challenge

This is an Enzziro Concept: an in-house project by Enzziro's own team in the Kurdistan Region, not work delivered for a client. It starts from a familiar gap in messaging. People chat in one app and switch to another to look for answers. Simple support questions wait too long for a reply. Ordinary messaging offers no smart suggestions, and nothing in the chat understands the context of the conversation.

What we built

The platform puts personal messaging and an AI assistant in one interface. Users hold one-to-one and group conversations in real time and share files and other media in the same thread. The AI-powered assistant answers questions inside the chat, so there is no second app to open. The assistant is multi-model: rather than being tied to one provider, users choose which AI model answers them. Context-aware smart replies suggest responses based on what the conversation is about.

The outcome

The concept brings AI assistance into everyday conversations. Routine questions get instant answers from the assistant, its suggestions follow the context of the chat, and users decide which AI model answers them. Personal chat and AI help share one interface, so there is no second app to open. It is an internal prototype and has not been released.
