The challenge

Chrka Co. is a marketing agency in the Kurdistan Region. Its tasks were tracked across spreadsheets and chat threads, with no single view of the work. Managers could not see how much each person was carrying, project progress was hard to follow as it happened, and missed deadlines came with little accountability.

What we built

Enzziro built a mobile app for managing tasks and time across the agency. Managers assign tasks and track their progress, and workload and capacity monitoring shows how much each person has on their plate.

Time tracking is part of the same app. Team members log each activity against its project, with a start and end time. The app totals the hours for every project and shows the time tracked today, yesterday, last week and this month, with overtime counted separately and a chart of the week day by day.

A performance analytics dashboard turns task and time data into a view of how the team is performing. Team members collaborate and share files around their work, and deadline alerts and notifications keep due dates in front of the people responsible for them.

The outcome

Task management and time tracking for the whole agency now run from one app. Management has clear visibility of team capacity and performance and of the hours behind each project, every active project carries real-time status updates, and employee productivity can be read from data.
