The challenge

Nara Agency is an influencer marketing agency in the Kurdistan Region. Its influencer roster lived in scattered spreadsheets, and there was no central online portfolio to show brands its past campaigns. Campaign reports were compiled by hand from screenshots, and it was hard to see the status of payments at any given moment.

What we built

Enzziro built two things that work side by side. For the public, a corporate portfolio website presents the agency's work and case studies to prospective clients. For the team, an internal dashboard holds a talent CRM with a searchable roster. An automated report generator produces campaign reports without manual compilation, a talent submission and scouting portal lets influencers put themselves forward and helps the agency find new talent, and a historical performance database keeps past performance on record.

The outcome

Nara now has a public portfolio and an internal operations dashboard in one solution. Talent is managed in a unified internal CRM, a modern corporate website is in place to attract top-tier brands, campaign performance reports are generated in one click, and invoices and payments are tracked in real time.
