The challenge

Enzziro built this app for a private client, who is not named here. It takes on a common problem in personal organization. To-do lists end up spread across several apps, deadlines slip because notifications are weak, tasks have no priority or category, and there is no clear way to see how work is progressing.

What we built

The app is built in Flutter, around a task workflow: users create a task, put it in a list, give it a time and set its priority in one structured flow. Its screens show how that works:

Today. The day's tasks, each with its time slot and a coloured marker, and a running count of how many are done ("Completed 1/4").

Lists. Colour-coded lists, such as personal, work and shopping, keep related tasks together and show how many each holds. One button adds a new task.

Missed Schedules. This is the adaptive part of the notifications. Reminders go out on time, and a task whose slot passes collects here with its date, time and list. It can be dismissed, or rescheduled by picking a new day from a strip of dates and a new start time.

Accounts. Users sign in with an email address and password, with a link for a forgotten password. Tasks belong to the account and are kept in Firebase, which is what keeps them in sync on every device.

The outcome

The app brings task planning, prioritization and reminders into one place. Every task runs through a central workflow engine, alerts arrive when they should, tasks are categorized and tagged by priority, and daily and weekly progress is easy to see.
