The challenge

Wa7a (Al-Waha) is a PropTech company in the rental market, based in Dubai, UAE. Rental listings were scattered across social media, the risk of fraud and unverified landlords was high, rental agreements were manual and paper-heavy, and tenants and landlords talked over disconnected channels.

What we built

Enzziro designed and developed Wa7a on two platforms: a mobile app for iOS and Android, and a website. Tenants search listings with detailed filters for budget, area, floor and amenities. Accounts are protected by two-factor authentication through an authenticator app. A payment-tracking interface keeps payments visible. A real-time chat connects landlords and tenants directly, and a lessor dashboard gives landlords one place to manage their properties. Enzziro did all of it: the design, the iOS and Android apps, the website and the backend.

The outcome

Wa7a now combines listings, identity checks, lease workflows and in-app communication. Search runs through one central app with granular filters, sign-in follows a two-factor authentication workflow, leases are managed digitally with payment tracking, and landlords and tenants can negotiate instantly through in-app chat. In place of unverified social-media posts, tenants browse verified listings.
